We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Once the order has shipped however, we apologize but there’s nothing we can do to adjust the order.

Before refilling any subscription order, we will confirm the reorder with the information on file via text message or email (your choice). You will have option to easily postpone or confirm the order.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot adjust orders still in transit. Additional problems will be addressed on a case by case basis
